Interesting: According to Radsportnews.com Kruijswijk started the Giro with a broken rib: https://www.radsport-news.com/sport/sp...103858.htm - might be the cause why he looks better and better now...

Yes it's classic Mollema ambitions, riding for Top 10 spot. No surprise here. If you remember he didn't help TomDum at Blockhaus a single time, instead he just hang on and on on..

They are not helping Dumoulin, they are fearing that Kruiswijk will take Mollema's 6th place |

Dutch are basically racing against themselves within the race to be second-best dutch rider.
This nation is so similiar to the spanish tbh

Solid breakaway. Anton, Bilbao, Rolland, Landa... several guys to cheer on for a stage win Scarponi tribute win by Lulu or Bilbao would be dream.

i think he just didn't have the legs to pull, considering that he was dropped before the end of the climb |

Ofc he got dropped later on but that's no excuse really. Nibali got dropped too and still he did some work earlier on. I think I have never seen Mochema pull a group but I'm sure Riis has more insight on that.

Exactly this. Mochema vs Tommy was hilarious on Blockhaus. |
