Thanks for the kind words, Scorchio. Always appreciate positive feedback on my updates, as I spent some time to write them up.
Looking forward to our off-season as well Not quite sure which direction we take.

I thought it was a foregone conclusion that it would be all in on training for Morton .

You would have to have looked pretty damn hard to find any! I knew when I signed him he wouldn't be good enough to bring home too many points, was more long term thoughts of getting someone who is (i) young, (ii) will likely always be 50K wage, and (iii) a useful lead-out in future seasons. However he may end up being transfer listed this season, all depends. Like you outline, rather than defined 'plans' I am trying to envisage various 'scenarios' of what I would do if certain trends occur during transfers to be able to try and then respond. ANyway, I'll stop clogging up your HQ with waffle and sign off .
Four loanees spent the 2016 campaign with Jayoc'z Cycling Project. In order to add some depth and strength on uphill routes, we managed to add some notable names to our setup one year ago: Pierre Paolo Penasa (picture above) and Rohan Dennis certainly as the most well known riders amongst those four.
Penasa already had been a target one year before, but eventually agreed to terms with Vontobel. He joined Oz the next season though, getting to ride a few race days (and one GT) as our leader in the mountains. No stand-out results for him, but his 23rd place in the Giro d'Italia, as well as his good showing in the GP Liechtenstein (15th) surely gave us some valuable points. We gladly helped this interesting young gun to gain some important experience. We will follow him closely.
Same goes for Rohan Dennis, who's also been a target for Oz in the previous years. Finally joining Oz in 2016, Dennis mainly rode in a supporting role. But the talented prologue specialist made a deep impression as Paris - Nice's King of the Mountains earlier in the season. Our first and only jersey gained this season, Dennis may expect to face Jayco-rumours in the off-season. Yet again.
We would also like to thank Benjamin Dyball and Timothy Roe (picture below) for their services this year. Two solid domestiques for stage races, who made their final step in 2016. As for all of those loanees, we will follow their way even with the loan deals going to end now. You always meet twice in your life.
