Team sign different nations

Amateur Posts: 7 Joined: 01-06-2012 PCM$: 200.00	Is it possible for a team to focus on a particular country (Roompot -> Netherlands, Gazprom -> Russia) so that they sign only riders from the usual countries. In my second season, it usually happens that these teams have attracted many riders from a lot of different countries (France, USA, Spain, ect.)

I thought you could do this? In one of the sponsor region tables, to link sponsors with countries and select how much % of the team should be said country? Or am I wrong...
