He certainly should be racing at PCT level as he's a good prospect and I think he'll race WT at some stage in his career. Hopefully One have a good enough program to not hinder his development and he won't just be banging around the local UK scene for the year, I see they are down to race the Dubai Tour to kick off the season so I'd expect to see Smith at that race.

Well today he was racing independently, must have just been a mishap at the site I was reading. Hope he finds a PCT team for the season soon

Good to see Dion Smith find a home in a squad where he should get a good chance to develop. I do feel for Lieuwe Westra and hope he can get the help he needs to overcome his issues, depression isn't easy to battle.
