Well Gaviria won again... I'm not sure, but he is the first colombian winning a one day race in Europe? (not mountain or hilly one)
Winning in Belgium its something we've never dream about...
I would put my money on Duque.
Richeze again with a really strong leadout, so good he was able to finish third himself.
Dunno where he has that from all of a sudden this year.

15 km to the end of the road race in European Championship
Group of 15-20 riders in front, with Aru, Benoot, Gilbert, Visconti, Moser, Oomen...
The peloton, with France pulling, 15 seconds behind |

Moser alone at front. 15-20 seconds ahead of main group.
Spain, Belgium and France working. Sagan well placed in the group |

Moser has a 30-second gap. Only Belgium working behind now. I think he will need 25-30 seconds at the bottom of Cadoudal to secure the win |

Another Italian attacks, Villela. Now he's alone at the front, with 6-7 seconds |

So whatever happens in Worlds, Sagan won't wear official team's jersey another year |

You don't seem to have seen that many ardennes-type of races.
But in all seriousness, it actually turned to be quite a good race, especially in the context that we don't have a proper WC this year. |

They didn't ride full gas from the buttom of the climb, = Easy win for Sagan.
But then again, everyone else but Sagan looked quite done for, at the finish. |
