The black riders (Teklehaimanot, Reza, etc) have a white skin tone in-game.
We're looking into this, but it looks like Cyanide removed the STA_tga_skin table from the database, which makes it impossible (or at least a lot harder) to change the skin tone of a rider.
Polish NC crash
This will be solved in the next update. In the meantime, you can download this file and extract its contents into the CM_Stages folder in you main PCM directory (i.e. in Program Files), overwriting the existing files there.
Missing stage files for Leon40's Giro, Shaxx's Vuelta and Samuel's Eneco Tour.

However, only do this if you actually have a problem with the mentioned variants or if you have installed the Grand Tour and World Tour variant packs.
