This is why I'll take the Giro or Vuelta over the Tour any day, the racing is just so more unpredictable and enjoyable

Damian Howson really has stepped up as a quality Dom this season, he was excellent for Chaves at the Giro and again here

How was it a mistake? Going full gas just before the summit taking 30 seconds of time and the descent to recover with a quality descender leading the group in Sanchez. Seems like a good tactic in this race situation
