Question: how would boosting Sagan's resistance stat really high, while keeping his flat/mnt/hill/spr in more reasonable ranges, work out? If I understand res correctly, Sagan would be able to keep up with riders who have higher individual stats when they push into high intensity since his presumable god-like res would let him burn energy slower.
Thoughts?
Theoretically that's a grand idea, except most of the good riders in this DB already have very high RES, so he wouldn't be outranking them unless you just said "ah fuck it RES = 85"

And...IF tour keeps.going this way...IMHO we should consider lowering top MO riders...(-1 Aru, Nibali, Froome, Quintana, Contador, Landa) because i don't see such gap between climbers
Not Froome, he is still the best in world. Maybe the other, we will see |

I download the Nations DB, and realised that some of the stats are different from the EP3.0. Is it correct or not? Then I was taking a look of the topic, when I realisead something. You said Thomas was 78 mountain or 78 ovarall? Because in my game he is 79 mountain... Is there any problem with the installing?
Maybe I am mistaken.
Well for about a month or more now Thomas has been 78 mtn as it was felt that at 79 he was very OP. There has been a trend from us to lower the mtn of certain riders recently like Valverde, Thomas and Dumoulin etc to about a point less than they were before, as their overall stats were very high anyway which made them about a point better than they should be. For example I had Valverde on 81 mtn winning the Tour, then at 80 he easily won the Giro so here's hoping at 79 mtn he'll ride more like Valverde when it comes to GT's in real life.
So whichever update you have you have one of the latest. The definitive stats update will be the next one we release hopefully after the Tour with the (mtn/hill) RES problem hopefully sorted out.
I agree with the downgrade of the stats, but what is the Montain Stats of Thomas on the latest EP Lite file uploaded? 78 or 79?
78
So there must be a problem in my game, because in my game when I select EP3.0, he has 79... I will do a clean install of the game and the DBs, to see if that solves it. But I don't urdenstand what is going on.
same for me, but i dont feel it is aany problem |

Well we did say that we'd look at Cavendish on the next proper sprint stage that he wins and we will do so now.

Well, I don't think today should change anything, Kittel just had to start sprinting 400m to the line leading the bunch against headwind, it was a fail of the leadout train |

Now it's really a Cav 83, Kittel and Greipel 82, sorry to say, but if you give them all 82, it's not real as Cav has shown he is much better this year/this tour.

And also I'd like to point out my thoughts about MO stats
83 Froome, Quintana?
82 Quintana?
81 Contador, Nibali, Aru?
80 Porte, Mollema, Aru?
79 Pinot, Yates, Bardet, Van Garderen, Martin, Kreuziger, Landa
78 Meintjes, RodrÃguez, Henao, Thomas
77 Barguil, Reichenbach, Buchmann, Rolland
Hope you find them out okay!

After two mountain stages, of which one was a total clusterfuck? Let's give it some time before we reach any conclusions..
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Why do people want to downgrade Contador?! It's not like he got worse, he was injured... Heck in the game if a guy gets injured he loses even more time than AC did... And like Ollfardh said, way too early to rank MO Stats, we still have like 5 MTN Stages (1 ITT) to go! |

Maybe because they have seen cycling race since his doping suspension, only in 2014 was Contador close to Contadope. |
