This patch hopefully should now fix all the crashes caused by the databases.
So database makers: Please stop editing more problems into the game so that they can fix the real bugs.

If you are referring to the fact that the training schedule was not updated after changing a rider objective or assigning a new leader to a rider, it has been already fixed in the previous patch.
