I have problem with riders' freshness in career mode, for example if I select doing Tirreno-Adriatico I'll have low freshness for Milano-Sanremo, and following one day stages like Harelbeke and Gand-Wevelgem; the same with Catalunya -> Pais Vasco, Amstel ->Fleche Wallonne. |

Problem/Bug: Too few riders for 2.2U23
Explaination of the Problem/Bug: In pro cyclist mode ,even when they have enough rides -23,they get "reserved" for other races.
Reproducability : every team with youth riders & getting calender with u23,but lower number of riders in total (18 in this case though).

Note: don't think devs will ever look at this thread or come to pcmdaily at all.Had something simular in pcm15 in career mode & then just couldn't continue the game.

sierramike, this is easy to fix using an editor, if you need to in order to be able to continue in the career. Just change the entry for gene_i_min_riders from 4 to 1 for U23 races in the table called STA_UCI_class.

That's not a bug in itself, but an effect of the new objectives system (which imo is something that needs to be patched out again though).
This could happen in PCM 15 too, but there you would've just been able to select those races as objectives as well, but thanks Cyanide...
The underlying problem is that in contrary to Pro Cylist mode, riders in career mode can't take a rest day from training before a race to ensure better freshness because they obviously don't know whether they will ride that race or not.
So any rider building up form or doing tough races the days prior trained/raced hard and logically doesn't have good freshness.
I think Cyanide could implement that feature easily by using the rosters we can put into the monthly planning section and automatically give those riders a rest day (while still allowing us to swap riders in and out for all sorts of reasons), but Cyanide is Cyanide so good luck waiting for that.

Thans for the tip,but you didn't read it well,in PCM you CAN continue even with the red error on the bottom of the screen :in pcm [3D Race] didn't work,in pcm16 it does,but ... next bug.
Besides I'm trying to refrain from using the editor so I can be certain some other bugs are indeed from cyanide.For ex using lachi's editor 26 in pcm15 made the leader_program blank,causing the second year with no big names in the big races,they hardly did any race.
Problem/Bug: No breakaways at all
Explaination of the Problem/Bug:After riding in a stage race with only 1 teammate and a peleton of only 47 riders,nobody ever attaks,no noone sprints for intermediate or muontain sprints.
Reproducability : every stage ,every time (reloads)

in my game the young players dont have photo... they have a pink square instead of the photo
what i can do to fix this? (i already installed the expansion pack and is working) |

When I edit one stat, for example, Froom's mountain 84 to 83 and then in the game try to play with this db, the game show the message of this db is different from the OfficialRelease, I press ok button, bot nothing happen. I can't play with a custom db.

Problem/Bug: Rider fitness resetting in Be a Pro
Explaination of the Problem/Bug: Each time you move from one calendar block to another (i.e. May into June, August into September) whatever your fitness level was resets to the 75% level, but all other measures remain unchanged.
Reproducability (always/sometimes/random/Not tried to reproduce/unable to reproduce): Always since I've been looking for it.

3 times I've tried to ride it.
All 3 times, game has frozen around this little village. Roughly the 56km to go mark.

Explaination of the Problem/Bug: Fitness planning will only be stored in the database when looking at the rider but the recent changes at the linked leaders are not considered and therefore storing outdated information.

To quote myself from another post:
The problem only occurs after you looked at the helpers (click on their name to open the pop-up).
Reason: As soon as you open this pop-up, the fitness planning will be calculated based on the objectives of the leader the helper is linked to.
Problem: The game does not consider changes to the objectives or the helpers.
Workaround: Only change the objectives and helpers once per year AND close the career after you have changed the objectives and the helpers. OR Never open the pop-up of the helpers.

Problem/Bug: World Championship road race crash (Pro Cyclist)
Explaination of the Problem/Bug: The World Championship road race crashes in Pro Cyclist mode while loading the stage always at Hardware Instancing Riders just before the stage is loaded.
Reproducability (always/sometimes/random/Not tried to reproduce/unable to reproduce): Sometimes (very often) independent of graphic settings.

Problem/Bug: scroll ignores mouse settings
Explaination of the Problem/Bug: mouse scrolling scrolls too fast in windows 10. in the effort bar it scrolls 3-4% up or down. if im scrolling riders it scrolls 2 by 2. so i can never use the mouse wheel. this is even if i change the mouse settings to scroll as slowly as possible
this also happens with pcm15

Problem/Bug: ProCyclist unregistered races still have to be done
Explaination of the Problem/Bug: When you unregister for a race and sign for another race you weren't registered for by you team, you have to ride both. No matter the date of the race (ie, I had to race Valencia and Murcia, crashing my game due the both races being on the same date.) I had registered for Murcia and unregistered for Valencia.
On you schedule all seems fine a your actions show as you have done, but underneath something goes wrong.
Same thing happened with Tour the Pologne, which my team signed me for, but I unregistered and signed up for the Tour de France. As you can guess this crashed my game.
When dates do not coincide, you have to race both races.
Ie, I unregistered for Almeira (2 days after Murcia) but I still had to race it, even though it didn't show in my training schedule nor my calendar race was ticked.
Problem started after .0.3 update
Problem occurs with any database.
(tested different Realnames dbs from workshop as well as the official release db)
Reproducability (always/sometimes/random/Not tried to reproduce/unable to reproduce): Non coinciding races -> Always coinciding -> random/sometimes
