It's the reverse WC curse. Since $agan won the jersey, he can't stop winning races.

Also want to state on record that (imo) we haven't had a worthy World Champion like this since Hinault in 1980!
Amazing little stunt, once again. Never hesitate.
What, sure you are belgian? Boonen was an amazing champion. Winning Flanders, E3, 2nd at Roubaix. Plus lots of stage wins, lots of them.
I am a citizen of the world first and foremost
Boonen was a nice champion, indeed. And others were, too.
For me, though, Sagan is a big step above those guys and one we haven't seen since Hinault. Going for it on every terrain, every race, taking risks, doing what he needs to and more.
Boonen was great in what he does. But Sagan throws himself in every single way. Attacking, sprinting, sprinting after spending a day in BOTD, attacking when he can easily wait for the sprint, attacking, attacking, winning... Being the peloton patron at his young age.
And off the bike, as well.
A true World Champion in the best sense of the word!
And having fun on MTB in the meantime, preparing for Rio.

What idiot decided to place that corner so close to the line? It's not Tour la Provence-bad, but still quite weird decision.

Very nice of Nando letting Richeze win. Nando's kick out of corner dropping 2agan
Richeze is riding himself into Etixx Tour team with this TdS |

Lovely quality of Gaviria to help his teammates to wins.

Trentin went to Giro so Richeze will properly be second pilot man for Kittel |

So did Sabatini. Trentin & Richeze looks more likely now without Sabatini |

I can tell you.
Did you see the building to the right of the finish line. The boss of that company bought this stage and made it end next to his office.
Basically a rich idiot who has no knowledge of cycling.
They easily could have made the finish line 100 meters earlier and it would still be close to his factory. |

Would he have won tho? Not sure.
Pretty retarded finish and superb skills by Poppel to avoid that crash. I didn't realise Richeze was this good, he has been money this whole Tour de Suisse. |

I watched the podium ceremony of the TdS the first time this year. So the most active rider wins salad sauce and the mountain points leader gets kissed by a capricorn? Pro cycling really has a problem with sponsors... |

I like to think so yes, definitely.
That save by Van Poppel is amazing, made a gif of it (I think I'm addicted to making gifs..)

Might seem like a stupid question after watching cycling for all these years but shouldn't lead-out men be at least same height or taller than sprinter? Which would make Richeze kind of a bad choice considering that he is 13 cm shorter than Kittel. |
