I also do think that 2014 is the best comparison you can get. Contador was flying in that Dauphine after a fantastic season - he needs that level to win the Tour which he only has achieved in 1 season after his suspension, 2014. He is obviously better than in 2013 and 2015, its easy to tell, but how close to that epic 2014-form?
Who knows. I say rather close, but age doesn't play in his favour anymore, lets not forget that. It is possible that he achieves that level, but unlikely. |

every time froome accelerates violently without increasing cadence or shifting gears. just like on ventoux he looked back and seemed genuinely shocked that he had gone so fast and dropped everyone
i don't care what anyone says that looks exactly like a guy on a bike with an engine in it |

But, but he can't. No BMC rider is allowed to.

But I like how you guys are casually downplaying Froome trashing Contador today, I wish I would've had the same mentality. Or maybe the naiveness of a child.

He will be fine in July - what kind of statement is that?
It isn't that black/white. I would like you to address my post in the top of this last page instead of such a vague statement |

Andy Schleck won in 2010.
Otherwise agree, but still far from Froome and Quintana. |

Otherwise agree, but still far from Froome and Quintana. Doesn't change the fact that Contador went from beaten by Brajkovic to climbing with Schleck. |
