Poland, Israel and Georgia [Belgium], [Serbia], [Latvia]? Hell I think it´s no final this year for me after these shocking outcomes of the semifinals :/ Beneath the ones from Tuesday I´m especially missing Macedonia, Norway and Slovenia in the finals...
No!
I thought to myself yesterday how rubbish it would be for Belgium if they were early on in the running, and my worst fears have been realised.

Scott Mills thought that on the BBC, so much so Fleur East herself began to trend on Twitter. My sister said it basically was this.
Still, I think this might go down well in the West.

Time for my revised top 10 prediction:
1. Russia
2. Bulgaria
3. France
4. Italy
5. Austria
6. Ukraine
7. Serbia
8. Germany
9. Spain
10. Belgium
That was the toughest prediction to make. This year is wide open behind Russia I think. There are so many good songs.
I still claim Australia should be one of those countries. Dami Im will finish top 5.
I'm still not sure, a lot of people are still not happy that Australia are allowed to participate. Last year there was a bubble around them which is why they done well. I don't think that same bubble is there this year.

I'm not going to make a full prediction, only a top 5, but I will expand on the losers of the night:
Results Prediction
1. Russia
2. Ukraine
3. France
4. Sweden
5. Bulgaria
Televote Winner - Russia
Jury Winner - Ukraine
My losers:
Germany: this song is bound to come last, maybe another 0 points situation. It is buried in the order. There is nothing exciting about it and it lacks the wow factor. Anne Sophie 2.0 on the cards imo.
Italy: if this was 2nd half, this would make top 10. The early performance can only doom her I feel. The song is powerful her voice is good but there isn't a memorable factor about the song. The odd staging doesn't help what is a good song.
Ones To Watch:
United Kingdom: this has grown in my estimations the past week. The fun and playful staging is great for the song sand performing 25th is only an asset for the UK. The song stands out with a unique genre this year (thanks Ireland ).
Armenia: last in the final. Good song with incredible staging. Iveta performs it to perfection and this will do well in both jury and televote.
Georgia: this is the only proper rock entry of the year. The staging is cuckoo and memorable, and the song is actually quite good. I reckon this could surprise us all.
Bulgaria: in the recap, this song stands out. Being sandwiched between Sweden and Israel means this will be lifted sky-high by the party, dance aspect of the song. On a good night this could make top 3.
People tend to forget that Morocco - a country located in Africa participated in Eurovison once back in the 80's. Lebanon and Tunisia also had interest, but ultimately didn't appear. Israel is not even in Europe geographically (I exclude the three Caucasus countries from the equation), yet they're one of the regualar participants for over 3 decades.
However the common thing these countries have is that their national networks are indeed part of the European Broadcasting Union - the organisation that runs Eurovision at first place. Therefore any member of EBU is eligible to enter as long as they want regardless if they're from Europe or not - they need to have TV/Radio network that is full member of EBU.
The tiny thing is that Australia is not having a network that is full EBU membership, but they are associate member. Last year the fact that the country Down Under was part of ESC was passable, because it was the 60th anniversery of ESC and for 30 years Australia has an associate membership in the EBU and somehow they invited them to coincide with these events. But people thought that this novelty will be only one-off and thus the fans are unhappy that EBU allowed Australia
1. Bulgaria
2. Italy
3. France
4. Australia
5. Latvia
6. Sweden
7. Armenia
8. Russia
9. Belgium
10. Spain
Poli slayed in the semis and went top of my list. Her vocals are on point and yet she dances her heart out thats very hard to do. The staging is great, nice costume and super catchy song.
Italy the draw is not in their favour but the song is very good so probably wont finish as high as it deserves to.
Russia, I dont get why this is the favourite. The staging is a bit too much and its esentially still a cheesy song even though Sergey is a good performer. Their last years entry with Million Voices was better imo and the opposition this year is stronger than last year so logically this has no right to win imo. Because Sergey is a good performer it still should be Top10 IMO.
France could win but wont because Amir cant hit high notes well enough.
1. Bulgaria
2. Italy(They always do well)
3. Russia
4. Australia
5. Belgium
6. The Netherlands
7. UK(I keep the faith)
8. France
9. Azerbaijan
10. Georgia
