Same problem here, Nibali, Valverde and Landa are just ridiculously high priced. I'm starting to think it's not worth picking one of them. |

Well in my first team, had Valverde, but only with Chaves, Dumoulin & Firsanov (cause why not). But after all I have my team without top 4. Team on GT without Nibali, Landa, Valverde or Uran. Will be funny 3 weeks. |

Yeah, I am still thinking about picking Valverde or not. At this moment I have not picked him because he's a bit too expensive. Also, I hate the picks for unclassed riders, so hard to pick... |

If you pick the GC winner in the end of those expensive ones, you win.
But if he fails, you lost big times.
Still think that if Landa, Nibali, Valverde are picked and they podium, they will score decent points in the end being worth the gamble.
What I like about their prices is, that it would need a very big gamble to take more than one. |

Must be said, that next to those overpriced, the next riders are not that expensive. |

Even if we pick one top rider it's still hard. Landa is a bit too high priced for my taste, I don't see him winning that easily.
Nibali has been bad all year and is a huge risk.
Valverde is probably the best pick but I don't know if he goes for the win fully. |

I have been plodding along with top 20 places so happy to be 11th atm.
Having the same challenge as everyone else with the Giro, not too happy with the compromise needed to afford one of the big 3.
Looking forward to the start of racing so I stop fiddling around with my lineup

Due to Dumoulin's comments about his ambitions in the race, I caved in and went for Nibbles. He might not win but should be versatile enough to still score enough points (same logic could be followed with Valv tho)

I will risk and not choose any of top 3 riders in my team (that will probably ends outside of top 25 in the league and rubbish scoring in the end, mark my words ). But tbh I found really nice team members with Valv and Nibali in it . |
