Alonso is sitting out Bahrain and is not guaranteed to race China as he had some fractured ribs and a collapsed lung in the horrible crash. Stoffel Vandoorne will get his debut. |

Theyve scrapped the new qualifying system, and from China there reverting back to the old qualifying. |

I quit the race. Verstappen was in a perfect spot and would have certainly finished 6th, because he was riding 0.5/1s a lap faster than the rest of the midfield. And then his engine quits. ARGH! |

At first I liked Verstappen but this kid is just pure arrogance. He even reaches Hamilton in that, which makes him second most disliked driver for me (no one can beat Luis in that)...
On the bright side: Renault looks better and better, great to see Magnussen up there

how Tom Coronel of you
I'm not a Verstappen fan so I'm that dissapointed when he DNF's personally. not saying I won't be exstatic when he podiums or wins GP's. #hypocrite
okay race, Vettel's rage was probably the best moment of the race

Actually one of the first times in a long time I liked watching an F1 race from start to end. Good to see McLaren and Renault getting some points, which just is a positive sign for the rest of the season

I thought Jos would prevent that the same thing will happen to Max as happened to him. Placed into a good car too early with a teammate who is too experienced and too good to be beaten. Didn't do Jos career any good, that stint at Benetton.
I doubt it will do Max any good. This is too early. At least wait with the switch to 2017. Now it's a lot of pressure and do or die for him.. |

Don't assume it's all Red Bull jumping the gun or whatever. After Vettel's bitching i bet RBR are just trying to keep Ferrari happy and their engine possibilites possible.

The more I read about it, the more it seems that Verstappen/Kvyat switch had more to do with unrest at Toro Rosso and fear of losing Verstappen then with Kvyat's performances.
Toro Rosso had 2 camps, Verstappen and Sainz. And also the Verstappen camp, with also the spanish race engineer Xevi Pujolar, had some rows with Franz Tost. Next to that, Ferrari has talked with Jos and rumors are they had offered a seat. So Jos put RBR under pressure for a RB seat or Max would walk to Ferrari. They used poor Kvyat's mistake as a lame excuse for the swap. |
