Looks like you needed 6 solid scorers in the TT to be up there today. Shame there isn't an overall mini league, league.
Top 3 in our league are 12th, 39th and 60th overall - we'd do well in that overall league. |

Albasini won last stage of Romandie to me . Also if only I have choose Pinot, not Porte, it would be 500+ points more.

Happy with a second place after a rather poor velo campaign, the only mistake was not picking Izaguirre. |

Porte messed it up for me but solid scoring from most riders. Gratz roturn. Giro will be tricky, the three top riders are too expensive imo.

Yeah 6th.. was not a big field of entries for this one from pcm daily. Ian Russel, Timo and Strydz up there as ever with Roturn of course in the mix.
I thought Froome.bot would misfire and he did really, but I did not figure on the excellent Pinot or Izagirre ride, I alos didn't fancy Dumoilin after Ardennes but he is at least building form somewhat. Was musing Bonifazio as well, but I went with Swift (who was usual pile of shyte).
First GT coming up. Jesus christ 100 points is going to be difficult.

Congrats Roturn, right up there in the overall too!
Even in my best case scenario of what if nonsense - having Costa instead of Porte (trusted Porte's feeling good quotes after all the pessimism that has preceded earlier races but his health often seems fragile), I would still be a few points short of top spot.

Well done everyone, I took 3rd, but before Strydz and Ian so it's good hahaha. My only stupid mistake was picking Bardet |

I had Porte as well so surprised I did as well as I did.
Giro does look tough with those top 3 being so highly priced and then a whole bunch of riders the next level down who are so evenly matched, I have no idea who I'm picking in the end

Thanks all.
Was a fantastic Romandie team there for me.
Even the first regretted late change from Vervaeke to Bohli worked out in the end.
Only Porte was a really bad choice. I guess someone like Zakarin, Costa, Spilak, Mollema instead would have made the perfect score.
Now on to the Giro. |

Really fell off the cliff last 2 stages. Portechkin ruined me
Anyway Giro. I feel like Nibz is really 2-4 credits too expensive considering his form coming into this but I love Nibbles anyway so I have to have him in my Vini-Zakarini squad |

Very hard to pick a team for Giro, especially the unclassed riders are tough to pick... Goodluck everyone! |

Well, Romandie was a complete disaster for me. Finished 25/26
Lessons learned include, never select Froome for any race other then the TdF, and never pick Porte under any circumstances whatsoever.
Front page has been updated. Ian Russel still holds a decent lead but with the double point scoring Giro on the horizon there is a good chance for others to catch and pass him.
I see Ian is trying to use some reverse psychology to try to lull everyone into a false sense of security. I don't think anyone buys it |

Thanks for the update. Give the Giro a weeks worth of disaster time then decide if it was reverse psychology! |

Pretty much impossible to play it safe in the Giro. Plenty of expensive choices and even they have unceratinty attached, then it just gets more uncertain as you work down the list!
Anyway finger in the wind and away we go, here's hoping for an entertaining 3 weeks. |
