Withdrawal and over time limit

Hello,
There is a problem (not the only problem) with PCM 2015 : never riders arrive after the deadline and not many withdraw.
Is it possible to change the deadline for a more realistic game, and if yes, what file must be edited ?

I've managed to get the Vuelta field down to under 80 riders due to out of time limit's, you've just got to race the stages hard enough to eliminate guys and make sure that the weak climbers are dropped early in the stages.

The trick is about just pacing the first of 5 mountains so hard no sprinter except sagan will be able to follow and then go on with pacing and so there will be a lot eliminations

But why do you care if there are withdrawals in a classic? It doesn't have any relevance for anything.

You're right. It's only for the realism of the game.
I prefer playing like in IRL. It's better, isn't it ?
