Well done guys. A long time to download, but seems brilliant.
Please just confirm. In the documents/mod folder, it's just the database and procyclistphoto folders which are updated?

Please keep in mind that we're doing this voluntarily. It's not a fulltime job to give you guys support, so obviously we don't have that much time to do so either. So please don't ask us to confirm stuff that is or is not in the database or the installation file. The file contains everything it should contain.
Leave this thread for the important support requests, so we can help each of you as efficiently as possible.

I just wanted to check that my download had completed correctly for all files, as I had a slight hitch during the process.

Just install your preferred download manager (I use DAP to handle my IE downloads) and it will automatically manage and optimise your download. |

Downloaded both 2016DB and DLC but when i extract it to the right directory it asks me if i want to overwrite files, so i click yes but then the new files aren't there. Any ideas ?
EDIT: just forgot to edit the administrator settings after PCM re-installation

I am doing exactly what i've been told in the instructions, the program files is in the PCM 2015 folder and the "documents" is in the document-folder, but when i am choosing the database in-game and entering a race the riders do not have jerseys. And when i am chosing team their shirt is just pink squeres. (Ca not solve the problem in the nway explained in the FAQ) Anybody who knows what I have to do? |

You want to be copying up the latter. |

I extrated the folder named files to my documents, then I copied the program files into the PCM 15 folder and the document into the documents
Don't copy the program files and documents folders themselves.
Open program files - copy the 8 folders (3d/cm_meshes etc) to the source location of PCM.
Open doucments folder - copy the 1 folder (mod) to the PCM folder in your documents library. |

Don't forget to put the second one also into PCM 15 folder (the one inside your Documents)

You have them in the wrong folder. The folders in program files should go in the cyanide/pcm - season 2015 folder (in C: program files or program files (x86)).
The mod folder is the only only that goes in the pcm 2015 folder in documents.
Delete all bar Cloud, Crash Report, Exports, Mod, Weekly Saves and the .log file from that folder (docs/pcm15) and start again. |

Did you download the game through Steam? If so you should check inside the Steam folder for the correct directory. (Programfiler (x86) > Steam >Steamapps > Common > Pro cycling manager 2015)
If not the correct directory is (Programfiler (x86) > Pro Cycling Manager 2015)
And replace every file for new ones if it says they are duplicates.
And if the jersey's still have pink squares you should check if you have the 2016DB as the chosen database inside the game.
