Alright, here we go. Huge race for us! Depending on the result we could either win the division or finish third.
Luckily we did send our strongest line-up of the year here:
Monfort (79), Pozzato (77), Furdi (77), Kangert (77), Hofland (76), Konrad (75), Weening (75) and Oss (74)
Let's do this!

Crazy to think this could be our last ever race as a PCT team if everything goes according to plan...
It was a great season overall, so I'm not too eager on a result here, especially since Aegon and Gazelle deserve to fight for 1 and 2 more than we do. A nice performance to leave into offseason would be appreciated though.
Last time this season saying this: LLS for the win.

You better hope, your lineup won`t do a Netia here.
May the best of us win the title. And then see you next year in PT anyway. Definitely one of the biggest questions in transfers, how you form a PT ready team. |

Yeah, that result does indeed not bode well for us. ^^
Good luck to you too!

Now that is what you call bad luck.

Monfort was feeling the effects of his crash and was dropped with 13km to go, his entire team accompanied him.
Ouch...
11th/13th is alright for us. Dowsett could have done better of course, but was very nearly worse - and it's a great effort for Teklit at least.
Will post the final standings later.

Alaphilippe in the break good stuff and taking a Top20. Lloyd 24th ain't half bad for him either. Pretty good race for us considering it's Hilly and that is not a good terrain for BLK at all.
However, obviously it's not enough. Couldn't even catch Euskaltel. To the CT :'(

that sucks for Gazelle big time. Would love to see a ``fair fight`` for the title till the end, but obviously the pcm gods didnt want it. Huge congratz to Roturn for division title, surely a deserving winner aswell.
Lululeom relegated were expected aswell. But they had a nice attempt in staying up by putting Ala in the break. LLS rounds of his perfect season by delivering his team promotion. wow! Gotta feel for RBC who came so ``close`` in the end. Inxtausi performing slightly more according to stats and they would've went up.

Schurter in 22nd is a nice unexpected surprise and leaves me hope he will perform well next year for me.
Don't know what happened with Zardini but it kind of sums up my season really so I'm not surprised, At least we got a home rider in the break.

Well I can't complain with 6th. It means we stay where we are in the table which I am perfectly happy with.
Shame that Gazelle couldn't put up a fight but Aegon are deserved winners. Congrats to Evonik on achieving promotion as well!
So that concludes a wonderful season for us. I think it deserves one last banana.

28th is okay as last race of the season. In a hilly classic i can't expect more. |

Thats some real anticlimax for the expected title fight. Aegon is a worthy winner though, big congrats Roturn and all the promoted teams, whoever it is in the end!

A part of me still wants RBC to promote and seems possible
Gratz roturn with the title and shame that Monfort decided to crash and ruin an exciting scenario

What a bad way to end the season from Gazelle. I feel really bad for them.
Anyway: Huge congrats to those promoting teams

Gazzelle unlucky there. Shame for them, but I know DD will get them next year with a such a strong powerhouse!
Congrats to everyone folks, and thanks to the organisation for a fantastic year once again in the MG!

Jeez that was tense. Absolutely perfect way to end the season, McCarthy has been truly epic. Now onwards and upwards, if he can continue this on PCM 15 there's much to be looked forward to.
Also thanks for the reporting, to everyone. The pace has been truly amazing, has there ever been an MG season as quick? Also grats to everyone promoting here, especially Evonik. You were behind us in CT, how the fuck did you manage this?

Wow. My team was already crap here.
Gazelle though with the worst possible end.
Puma was doing as cio said. No title attack.
Feel like Gazelle had easily got the title normally but AI ruined it the most for them in last couple of races. Luckily it was about the title and not promotion or no promotion. |
