SSJ2Luigi: Without, but didn't plan to wait for neither you nor Movistar.
Apart from those two teams declining to draft there are now 2 teams missing. They have been PM'ed so I hope to be able to finish the drafting tomorrow.
Also I just wanted to drop a quick note to remind you that since you won't get any money before the end of the season transfers will be limited to rider swaps 
I have been thinking a lot about how to distribute trainers as a draft will rely a bit too much on luck about who gets the best trainers.
A solution would be to simply allow you to create your own trainers by allocating points restricted in accordance with hos the game assigns stats to trainers. Unless anyone else has a brilliant idea this will be the solution I'm going with.

And maybe tie those points to the scouting points? The more expensive your trainers are, the less you can go scouting.

While that could be a cool feature I'm not going to do it. Mainly to keep things simpler.

Robert Power was the first to get picked and also the most popular first choice closely followed by Hägg.

The DB have been updated to reflect the changes and I'm currently assigning some FA's to CT teams that have been hit hard by the drafting.

A more detailed preview of how things are looking after the draft will follow at a slightly later point in time.
You will get to assign attributes to your trainers yourself.
Limits as to how points can be distributed are loosely based on how the game generates trainers.
You get 80 pts to distribute over three trainers of three different fame levels.
For the different fame levels there are certain restrictions.
All trainers have a maximum and minimum amount of points that needs to be allocated to them as well as a limit to max stats, the sum of the two highest stats as well as the sum of the two lowest. The exact numbers are in the file. If you do not keep within the limits I will adjust through reducing the top stats.
When you have created your trainers you will need to assign trainers to cyclists. Not that this is not training programs as that will be taking care of by the game itself but merely which trainer will take care of that particular rider.

DO NOTE that the declining age in this can't be trusted. As earlier mentioned it have been randomized to a random value between 30 and 36 though never lower than the current age of the rider.
