So finally my first racer has level 26 in the third season after the Vuelta.
https://prntscr.com/8l09nx
Didn't reach limit in TT and Prolog, because I did not know what the limit of these attributes.

I tried training Puncheur with different riders.
On average I got a surplus of less than 1 for hill attribute while other attributes developed much faster, although i trained Puncheur and the riders were at the beginning of their career.
Any idea? |

so i have tried many different specializations, many different training methods and my most successful rider is TT, at level 26 his stats are as follows,
Flat:77, Mountain:76, Hills:74, TT:84, Prologue:83, Cobbles:66, Sprint: 60, Acceleration:61, Downhill:70, Baroudeur:71, Stamina:71, Resistance:83, Recovery:71. Reason for this post is like i said i have tried just about all specializations and all training methods i could think of. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get every stat at least to 70. I just cant seem to get them all to that no matter how many different ways i have tried. I understand i dont really need to have high sprint or acceleration, but it would make a huge difference when trying to keep up on grand tours if they were at 70 each on the climbs, 66 on cobbles is ok, but 70 would be nice. Any suggestions? |

Do not train at the start TT training but Cobblestone(northen classics) , then switch to training Stage Race. If I'm right that the limits for TT rider:
https://prntscr.com/8nz9k9 , Baroudeur: https://prntscr.com/8nzf20 limit for baroudeur/fighter maybe 85
and my stage racer + Climber didnt reach limit on weak stats:
StageRacer:https://prntscr.com/8nzgiz Climber: https://prntscr.com/8nzhdz
this is on web stats: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...li=1#gid=0, I think is not quite right but better than nothing |

My puncher is now level 25 and 83 HILL. I guess it's random at times |

Hi All,
I've started a Be a Pro season with a cyclist mirroring myself - Indian (!! yes), 188 cm, 70 kg, age 19 (I'm not 19 though ). Here are a few of the stats I started with:
Specialisation - GC/Stage races
FLA - 60
MON - 68
HIL - 67
TTR - 68
PRL - 67
RES - 60
REC - 65
Signed for - Leopard Development Team
I'm currently at the beginning of August. So far, I've trained my rider in Stage (for 2 months), as a Climber (for 2 months) and as a Puncher (for 3 months). I'm planning to change the same to Baroduer for the rest of the year.
Some of the notable results that I've achieved are as follows:
2nd in PCM Daily Cup 4
12th in PCM Daily Cup 5
7th overall in Szlakiem Grodow Piastowskich (two top 15 stage finishes)
1st overall in Tour des Pays de Savoie
Stage 1 - Mountain with downhill finish - 2nd - No time difference to leader
Stage 2 - Mountain - 5th - Lost 2'11"
Stage 3 - Mountain - Finished in peloton - Lost 33"
Stage 4 - ITT - 4th - Lost 14"
Stage 5 - Mountain - 1st - Gained 4'7" to then 3rd place and 6' to leader, won by 2' from former, increased effort on first of two climbs enabled me to pull away for my first ever win.
Achievements in Tour des Pays de Savoie
First race win
First jersey
First victory
First 50km & 25km in breakaway
Some of the current stats of my rider are FLA 62 MON 73 HIL 70 TTR 72 PRL 68 RES 64 REC 69.
Team for next season: Nippo Vini Fantini in Continental Pro
I had targeted Nippo and Skydive Dubai. Eventually chose Nippo for their better team. My aim now is to stay in the Continental Pro for a couple of seasons. The contract with Nippo is for one year so I might not stay with them for the next year. MTN Qhubeka is a favoured target. Planning to move into the WT in the 4th year with a team where I can be their second best rider. The TDF is the target by year 6. Will have a go at the Giro and the Vuelta in the intervening period. |

So year 2 is under way and my stats are as follows:
Level 13 FLA 63 MON 75 HIL 72 TTR 73 PRL 72 COB 57 SPR 60 ACC 63 DHI 68 BAR 61 STA 60 RES 67 REC 73
I'm still training my rider as a Barouder to improve mainly the flats and the stamina.
As it turns out, I'm the non-sprinting leader of Nippo now, which is pretty cool as I almost always have riders around me to protect and do my bidding . Just completed the PCM cups. Some of the results are as follows:
10th in PCM Daily Cup 3 - Mostly hilly stage
1st (by 34"!!) in PCM Daily Cup 4 - 16 km ITT
1st in PCM Daily Cup 5 - Mountain (didn't attack till last 15km, rode on effort cursor till peloton disintegrated)
Felt good winning these two races for the new team. Strade Bianche up next. Also, gonna change my training back to Stage Races soon. |

I prefer training GC rider on lvl7 to lvl13-14 as northernclassics.
and I finally took the time and made from any type of racer at least 10 and looking through the editor and there are some individual theoretical maximum for the individual attributes. Each attribute can have racer on top or -1 or -2 or -3(very rarely and not in the main attributes): https://prntscr.com/8qg0lp |

I did train my rider in northern classics from level 13-15 in season 2. I understand where you're coming from when you said level 7-15. Maybe that's why the Flats, Acceleration, Stamina and Resistance of my rider is not as high as it probably should be for a GC rider. Let's see how it turns out... |

My question is regarding the points you get every time you level up, to be used in extra races. Are they carried over for the next season, as I have 17 left to use, and there are no races left that I feel it is worth entering. I have a climber and all there is left are one day flat races. I would just be wasting them. I have 17, and would rather wait until next season, and target some small stage races with climbs in. |

I do think they reset at the end of the season, if I were you I'd just spend them all.

Thanks for the advice, however, if I have to roll through another Pear Izumi Tour round, I think I will go insane, so I am going to chance it, and try to store them. |

Since patch 1.2, you can't race them anymore because of some issues with them only cyanide knows about. If you wanna play them, either wait for pcm 16 or uninstall the game and reinstall all patches but 1.2.

Damn, building a Classics Specialist is hard.
Two questions:
1) How do I stop my team signing me up for races that are not on my schedule? This is the second year in a row that I've been signed up for a race (not shown on my calendar) right before a race I'm trying to peak for (Paris Roubaix this year! )
Going into a race like that tired is just suicide.
Not Cool, Etixx Quickstep...
I assume this is because my rider isn't a star and so is liable to be switched around because of teammate injuries?
2) Is there an editor that works with pcm15 that allows editing of the BeAPro character stats? I don't want to be a cobble specialist, I want to be a cobbles / hill generalist. A rider with a chance at all monuments, but not a favorite for any of them. |

1) That seems like a bug to me. Not normal at all.
2) Every editor. I would recommend pcm fast editor. With it you need to open your save, find your rider in the cyclists table and edit your stats very easily.

I always encounter something simillar to 1) myself, but only with Grand Tours. If Grand Tour was in my schedule generated by the game at the start of the season, my form and tiredness always increases during this period the same way as if I raced it even though I removed this race from the calendar. |

Is it a bug? I was under the impression that the ai team manager might steal you for a race that was required, but the start list was short because of injuries.
2) I'll try pcm fast editor...if I can find it around here. |
