Using Mouse wheel increases effort by 2% and not 1%

Free Agent Posts: 113 Joined: 08-02-2013 PCM$: 200.00	Hi Guys When I had windows 7 and PCM 2014 and I rolled the mouse wheel whilst on dot effort it used to increase effort by 1% for each wheel click. However since I now have pcm 2015 and windows 10 it now it changes by 2%. How can I change it back to 1%? Thanks in advance!

Amateur Posts: 19 Joined: 14-07-2011 PCM$: 200.00	Yeah. Aperantly its due to Windows 10. You can fix this by changing the "Mouse and Touchpad Setting", and turning off "Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them". This should fix your issue as it did for me and someone else Worked for me !
