Agree with MARS mostly, would throw Gaz and HuDCC in, and maybe Jakstar22 has done some great ones recently

Im grateful that you mention me. Im not in the top League when making jerseys, there is still Things i cant do, since im not using Photoshop. But so far i havent said no to a request and deliver fast, that is also a quality for a shirtmaker.
With few exception i dont do fantasy jerseys, but those jerseys i do i do them as best i can and try to be as exact as possibul.
I appreciate that you remember those who have helped you, i dont forget if People are grateful. I like quoting People, but first time im quoting Katy Perry. She said under a consert, the more you give me, the more i give you. Thats how it is With People who create for this wonderful game.

All members willing to make maillots are "great".
However, in the 9 years I have been working on graphics with this site the name Will07 stands out head and shoulders above all. Deksel and Anderson PCM fall in just behind him, as they should (being heavily influenced by Will).
The names listed in previous posts are all great in their own right, however the increase in sizes, the dropping of varoius Plis patterns for road and TT maillots, and the use of stock templates has taken a little bit of the "magic" out of the presentations.
I am a great fan of simplistic styles that is the norm today, but seeing what can be achieved at a small size and multiple layering of earlier artists is pretty amazing.

Definately Will007 isz my number one, but there are so many shirtmakers close to him. Guys like Anders or Deksel but also Tpinot Bwiggins, Cavendish-fan, Zweers, Maddrengen, Aluddha.
Not to forget guys like rising star Tom10, GAZ, Alo51, Dozen, Mede, Maximka, Nlet and Evil.
then you still have Kyle, GVC, Aussie, Aidavn13, The Hoyle, DvdK, ICE and Me
