Can someone tell me what the exact effect of the staff in the career has? It should be obvious that for example better scouts have bring in the potential of the rider. But you never know in PCM so I just wanted to ask whether this was tested already

well i think that it has been reduced in pcm 2015, in 2014 you could find faster the Great Futures, but in pcm 2015 i think you get better detailed monitoring
Well, coaches with higher reputation should let your riders progress faster i guess. I acutally feel the riders develop a bit faster when i went from National trainers to International ..
Dunno if this has nothing to do about it. Maybe a higher reputation trainer will let your riders have less day-to-day progress, so they can progress faster :-)
The attributes of a rider progress when a counter ( gene_i_day_progress ) counts down to zero. At this time when training progression ( capital_f_attribute ) exceeds the current level of the attribute ( charac_f_ attribute ) and isn't capped ( limit_i_attribute ), it rises and leaves the surplus for later. Training progression is made everyday and thus the day to day progression determines how much a rider will progress.
