Did you even read the description above the screenshots? It clearly states that I have added young riders (up to birth year 2002). In addition to that, I'm not done with the stats yet, so most of the younger riders still have 55-60 stats and end up at the bottom of the roster, which in this case is outside of the scroll frame.
It's not cool to criticise databases just to make your own database look better...
@EwanWilson: As you probably figured I'm a fan of Wilco as well

it wasn't to criticise, i just wanted too say that it looks very old at the screenshots, and we/i would like to see some of the younger prospects of the game.
Perhaps you can be more patient, this database is slowly forming and haasje33 will get into that.
This looks like a promising database, I will definitely try this one. Thanks.

Because I came across a limited amount of riders from a few countries compared to the amount of teams from those countries, I decided to remove some CT teams from the database:
- Sondrup Bilcenter (DEN)
- Edison Continental Team (USA)
- Ben & Jerry's (USA)
- Auchan (FRA)
- Nutrixxion (GER)
- TAP Portugal (POR)
- Crelan (BEL)
- AkzoNobel (NED)
This means that I'll have 85 teams left in the database.

Because I'm struggling a bit with the stats of the riders, I'm looking for 3 beta testers who can play/simulate a few years in different careers and who can give me advice on stats of both the older riders and the youth riders.
What you need is PCM2015 with the PCM.daily Expansion Pack (at least V0.8) installed. You also need to have a Skype account, because the stat discussion will be held through Skype. Last, but not least, you'll need to have time to test and review the database and in particular the stats.
Interested? Send me a PM with a quick introduction and your Skype name. You will receive a link to an installer (approx. 200MB) and I'll send you an invite for the stat discussion Skype group.

Well, I literally can't find anything more than one result from him, which is a third place in the Ster van Zuid-Limburg.
Apart from that, remember that this is a fantasy DB. I didn't add any youth riders that weren't in the Expansion Pack. I created the young riders using the regens from a few started careers in different years.
However, I am willing to add him if you can give me his exact details (birthdate, region of birth, strong points, weak points. His stats are my responsibility though.

25 March 1998, Jutland (isn't it called Central Region of Denmark, I think so)
Strong points is mountains, hills and TT, I would give give like 81 mo, 78 hill, 82 TT to give a realistic reflection on his abilities.
Weak point would, of course, be sprints, cobbles ...  |

Looks like you are mostly done but if you need it I can generate 100's of fantasy riders from my fictional DB a few years back. All pretty realistic.
Updated it for 14 not for for 15 but can't imagine the stat matrices are that different.

Since I haven't responded to this thread in a while, I figured I'd give you guys an update on the progress of the database.
We're currently still optimizing the stats, which takes a lot of time, considering there are a lot of fantasy riders in the database.
After that I have to implement the races I've collected and compiled from existing races.
