Also, with everyone chosing his own stats, will you edit some of them when the team is complete? Because I just noticed I set my guy's motor as his main strength and almost everyone has a higher stamina who applied |

Coolrex, to be honest I feel like your rider is a bit too all-round and too strong. I mean, Rizzi is basically a Gilbert type of rider and you manage to be stronger or equalt to him in 7 stat categories, which feels unrealistic too me. Lowering your sprinting and cobbling would be a great move, I think.
it's just 5 stats, and most of them are great for helping the leader, for example the higher FL makes it possible to protect longer and pace faster for the peleton. the sprinting is almost the same, and my rider is really all-round he can race in stage races without mountains that's why he has TT, PR and REC |

Of course I'm very dictatorial in terms of stat deciding. I will await the total picture before modifying stats, and of course any modification made will be accompagnied by reasons, and will be mentioned at the first publication of the total squad. If stats are really excessive, which I haven't seen so far, I'll simply reject the app and force the maker to write a new one. Since nothing so far is excessive, there's no problem yet.

Biography/Character description: Armin is known more in his home country for his youth track victories in the omnium. Here he developed his knack for time trialling and sprinting (time trial is his trade but can also act as sprinter in a lead out). When the road is flat, Armin is your man. Going up hill is improving as he makes the transition to being an established road racing but he'll never fly up them. His road journey start with Projob-Odfjell (became Ecover-Odfjell in 2014) in 2013, a swedish and norwegian development team. The teams links with former dutch world tour team Vacansoleil-DCM meant that Berg-Hansen had contacts with dutch cycling which has helped him to land a neo-pro place this year with the team. Armin always works tirelessly for his team leader, a lot of time for a sprinter but also has 7th in Tour of China II and 3rd in the Norway NC TT to show for his own efforts. People who have coached him have liked him to the mould of Taylor Phinney however his potential to progress is unknown. What the team will get though is a quiet but a friendly and humorous character who is always willing to give 110% for himself or a leader. |

To keep the pace a bit in, 3 more spots have been opened, including a leader spot. Please ensure your leader is not an Ardennes man, as we already have one. A sprinter, cobbler or tt-ist is required (or a combination of 2 of the 3). The key domestique may choose his own specialty, as I have opened the leader spot that isn't linked to the key domestique. If you want to link the key domestique to the leader (or vice versa), please ask in advance through PM to me. Also, don't forget the second climber spot is still open. For the rest, I think you know what to do.

Biography/Character description:
Reinier Paping is the hottest thing in the Netherlands at the moment. In the youth races, he won a lot, including a world championship cyclocross. In his first years with the pro's, he unfortunately ended up with a team that used him as a domestique for older riders. He left that team to pursue his own chances with a dutch team, announcing on the press conference it felt like coming home, and hoping he would get his own chances.
A typical dutchie, he doesn't get over a mountain. He does however take a hill decently, growing up in hilly Limburg. He takes cobbles good as well, but his real weapon is his sprint. You can't take him to the line, or he'll destroy you. He's often compared to Peter Sagan for this, but in character he's far more quiet. A bit too quiet even, it could explain why he didn't claim leadership in his previous team. He's often shy in interviews and never makes a headline outside the sport. He doesn't use Facebook or Twitter yet, which is quite unusual these days.
But what he lacks in PR value, he plans to make up with results. His key races are the classics until the Amstel (his home race!), followed by the National Championship and le Tour, to end at the World Championships with the final form peak.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

All spots have been opened now. I must say I'm a bit surprised by the low interest in applications lately, especially since there are still quite a few good roles out there available.
Also, everone can slowly start thinking about a planning for their rider's season. I don't even need specific races, but if you're a lead-out domestique you could say that you want to follow your sprinter in his races of choice. I don't need any submissions until the team is full, so take your time thinking about it.

For now it's not, I'd like to give as many interested people a chance as possible. If interest turns out lower than the capacity, I will consider the possibility.

He was doing very well in his Continental Team, but suddenly in a car crash his dad died which effected Jos well, and he couldn't get the help to recover from it. He is a leader that is adapting to his directours choices and he won’t get easily pleased if you didn’t require the meets of the directaur.

Can you say a TT team when they have a sprinter like Cav?
