You can't ride these races anymore, a patch made them unavailable.
There are other U23 races, though, which you can race if you're in the right team. But the nCup races are no longer available (including Tour l'Avenir) |

That's a pity. Thanks for the reply anway. I have found the other U23 races, I've signed with Lotto U23 and they've got quite a few on their calendar. |

Is there a way to get on a u23 team as an american? I assumed BMC's U23 team would be available but the lowest level team so far has been Axeon. If anyone can figure this out I would appreciate it |

1. You cannot end your pro cyclist's career. just start a new career or something
2. Your rider won't decline at some point. this can be seen in the database.
3. if you are u23 and you can't ride those races, your team has an Dev. team |

The development team is Swiss, but try to press back and next for a few times and the teams will update |

I did for about 50 times and it just recycled the same 8 teams for me. I guess I will just go the harder route thanks anyway |

The first season, what happens if i do not pick up a new contract? will i stay in same team, or will i be without a team?
What happened to me, with my 1st season coming to an end for u23 team, i got offers for cya and pro teams, but no continental or u23... i tried contacting most continental teams but none of them wanted me... so i picked pro team, and now struggling. So thinking of restarting and trying to sign again with u23 for 2nd season, and wondering what happens if i do not pick a team. |

I think that you will end up being forced to sign a minimum wage contract with your current team.
That has happened to at the end of July, but the team had already offered me a larger contract before that.

Hello
First time playing a PCM game and loving it.
My question is what nationalities and teams are best to choose if I want to compete in U23 races? I am currently a British rider in my first season with Rologne ( British team possibly not the correct name).
I want as many races a season as possible mainly because I want to do more races and minorly to make my rider better.

Has anyone has a tip to get a top fitness before the race, I can't seem to get an Excellent fitness, just good and very good. I understand how rhythm, freshness and tiredness, but I would gladly listen to any tips and advice. Also about training intensities.

Did a little search but could not find it as clear as I want:
I've a contract of 6500 with Tinkoff-Saxo, as I forgot to sign a contract in the first year for 7000. But now I can only offer 2500, so it is way lower, while I am starting to get way better. (winning stages on WT-level)
Anyone has had the same problem?

Solved it, after closing PCM and starting PCM again, it went up to 26500 xD

They said explicitely that they had removed that possibility, and I tried with a french rider, I clearly couldn't start with any of the U23 teams (Vendée U or Chambéry...).
On second season however, I could sign for Chambéry... |

After a couple of seasons the amount of riders in the teams are weird. Most of the World Tour teams and some of the Pro Con teams have 30-36 riders in their squads and several Continental teams only have 7-8 riders.
It botheres me a bit, so are you guys ignoring it, or can I change something in an Editor to solve this? Other than releasing a bunch of riders on every team with an editor. |
