Development team - bug ?

Hello,
I'm almost at my third season of my game. Just going up in Pro tour.
I created the development team on my second season but it looks like i cannot change anything now... I created a small developpement team with 9 riders as i was poor, but now, even when it is asked to in october, i cannot change the settings of my team (I mean i can change them but they arent used as i selected...)
Any help ?
Is that a bug ?

Cause i tried to change it in lachis editor but i cannot even open my save with lachis... |

I think you can only change development team settings in the "offseason". So wait for January. |

you need to cancel your Youth Program in October, and start a new one in Januari / Februari with more players in it. or just make a youth team with 20 riders and you don't have to change a thing |

You can 'cancel', better said end a dev team at the end of the season, I think it was the 23rd of October... Not completely sure
But then, it asks if you want to continue with the development program etc. You can end it then. |

You can 'cancel', better said end a dev team at the end of the season, I think it was the 23rd of October... Not completely sure

i think you can do it already before October starts. because you can make an new Youth Team from October to Februari. but it says if you want to continue or cancel, just click the cancel button and you are done. then create a new one in the youth tab |
