I have created a jersey for my custom team Boardman Pro Cycling which is based on a retro 1960's style with a simplistic design. I'm quite pleased with it so thought I'd share.

Though using the plis is no longer necessary, as the game does that automatically

Why is the Boardman logo so pixelated?
Try using this for the main shirt:
PS: Although you will need to delete the background for making the NCs...
