Fallen riders never injured

When a cyclist is fallen in 3D-play, he almost never get injured. Can i change that anywhere? Editor or something?

Well with PCM2015 I've already had quite a few riders abandon races after crashing in the 3D mode, while others end up riding near the back on the following stages because of their injuries.

I know in game that there is a frequency of crash option, so maybe if this is more frequent then there is a greater risk of crashes and more abandonments.
