Stats are capped on a upper limit when the rider is created, based on rider type (stage racer, time trialist etc) and potential, so a complete switch to a different category would be unlikely to go as well as you'd possibly want it to.

I would like to ask. Is there already a database editor for PCM15?

Yes.
The old editors work fine on most occasions.
The Full editor(in PCM11 DL section) seems to be fully compatible to PCM 15.

Oh really? I understand that it is realistic to do this but it looks like it may ruin my story. Is there a table on what potential stats each starting discipline can have? |

Thanks a lot I will try it now. I did tried Lachi's editor of PCM14 but It wasn't compatible. I am struggling a bit, coz my current rider has low 59 STA, I cannot keep up w/ the peloton even w/ impressive climbing skills.
It actually worked. I used the fast editor. Thanks

Regarding to training what are the best intensity, during, before and after a race. I always end up racing w/ a good or average rythm and I barely keep up w/ the peloton.

You should Focus on few races. You cannot participate in all races with top Fitness and low fatigue .... |

It took luck, failure and many cans of soda, but my potential 6 climber just won the Giro in 2020.

I see, I guess that's one of the reason. But I cannot get the right flow or regime in terms of training intensity. Before and after a race.

Is it just me or what? Why do I "always get minus dayform on the important mountain stages? Does emptying the yellow and red bar completely on the previous stage have any impact on what day-feeling you have the next day? Or is there anything else I can do to improve the day-feeling? I thought the chances of having a good day feeling increased when in a stage that suits your riders abilities.. :/ |

It's just you...
No serious it is purrely random. Some crack in statistics can probably explain you how big the chance is. But there is always a chance... |

Is it me or you can't ride any under 23 races? My rider is still 20 years old and didn't get any invitation. I'm building a Valverde type rider, so riding to U23 hilly classics is a must.
Also I bought the game via Steam. Is there any sort of way to play the game on ver. 1.0? I just want to test how fast was the stat improvement before the 2.0 patch, and has anyone knew the download link for Lachi's 2015 editor?
Thanks a lot in advance

Considering the U23 races: Wich type of team are you in? continental, pro continental or Worls tour? Because I believe only continental teams can participate in U23 races.
Considering the previous patch: I woild not recommend as it was buggy. But I beleive it is possible via steam. Go to the game properties, and one of the tabs is named beta. Here you should ba able to select previous versions. It worked for me with Europa Universalis 4.
For the download link of the editor I believe there is a link in one of his topics on the forum. Can't find it now. |

Thanks a lot for the info. Currently I choose MTN Qubekha for my first season team, that explains why I cannot race it since they are a Pro-Cont team. Too bad, guess I should do it again this time w/ a continental team. I would love to exp. the U23 races. Guess I should search the forum for Lachis 2015 editor.

You can do that in EUIV because the devs are actively putting up previous builds of the game as public betas for those who still have games to finish. Gotta love Paradox.
