I wanna do Ar2r career mode but hate looking at their jersey and the contract is until 2018 is there any way to make the contract shorter? or change the jerseys?

Lachi's Editor is sure to Be found in the download section. Making jersey seems to Be the easier option to implement but it would require skills in terms of graphics to make.

For me it does not show any editors in PCM 15? is it in the PCM 14 one?

Instead of creating a jersey, you could also ask a jerseymaker on this forum, if he could make something for you. But please just ask one at a time and be patient. Normally the time to wait will be worth it. Or, if you don't want a jersey made for you, you can just download several packs in this forum. Look out for the_hoyle, krisa, CavendishFan, MARSUPILAMI, bwiggins, haasje and ziga007. Those are quality shirtmakers. (There are alot more good ones out there, but these guys have the best quality.)
