First Qatar, now here. The Merino Criado, Van der Lijke and Swift combination is really working well

Great to see Kip contesting in the sprint. He kind of had it hard being all by himself there, but at least the jersey was seen and a top 10 is the result.
Congrats to SN. |

Swift simply too strong for Kristoff, congratulations SN! But definitely encouraging to see Kristoff find the right wheel, and a fourth place is nice.
Also good to see Hoelgaard in the breakaway, hopefully we'll continue doing so considering we've got no GC hopes whatsoever.
Thanks for the report, Selwink. |

As to expected, even though I seriously want our guys to join breakaways here with no GC favorite on the roster.

Every stage Where Phinney Does not take seconds away from Spilak is a good one. Having no fast rider here, we just have to get the flat stages over with painlessly.

I would certainly take a string of podiums for Dan here, Swift and Mohs are fast and Swift certainly is enjoying that string train of doom.
Good win by Vesuvio and considering some told we would get lots of breakaways the MG DB seems to be churning out a lot of sprints,

If they don't want Phinney to take this, Gesink and Spilak have to make the race hard in the hilly stages.

Agreed, but its good that Phinney doesnt get bonus seconds. He usually Does in this race. So for now Im content.

Not a bad start with Petit finishing in 9th. Bizarre to see Gautier dropped though, hope it makes him more inclined to attack. |

Nice report! I'm enjoying Hugentoblers aggression all this year, he's been our stand out rider and here he is in the breakaway again. I thought Schumacher made a strong move, but apparently not good enough.

Perfect stage for a breakaway, happy Visconti did it. Not so happy to finish off the podium then, but of course more than we could expect from this stage.
Nice win for Ayubowan, congrats.

Surprised to still be in the race lead, expected more gaps from that stage. Certainly won't still be leading after Stage 3!

Very anonymous stage so far. Luckily Sella and Kiserlovski finished in the main group. |

A very good stage for us with both Bystrøm and Dyrnes being aggressive. Great to see Bystrøm grab the KoM jersey, and he will at least keep it for one day with the TTT coming up.
A strong group that went away on the final climb, and being able to have a rider there was nice to see. Fifth place is good, hopefully encouraging the riders to keep up the attacking and joining breakaways on the coming stages.
Congrats to jph27, Kadri doing what he's good at. |

I expected much more action in this stage, 3rd provisional for Mohs is nice surprise. However, upcoming TTT will change, not in our favour, everything.
Nice win for Kadri.

Oh Nice. Congrats on the win jph! Nice to see your frenchies doing Well, I really like that.
Spilak still doing fine, staying with the home favorite. Fingers crossed that we can podium the TTT.
