Big mountain teams never pacing

Is it just me or is do big teams like never ever pace up the mountain on like the Alpe D'Huez stage in the tour i just finished with a 53 man group alll at 0 time difference....

Been like this for years, just a free for all when it comes to the last climb .one of my major problems with the pcm games

did you have the leaders jersey?

i find if i have the leaders jersey on a mountain stage, it means that i am expected to do the pace setting which i'm not a pace setter so it allows a slow bunch

i took this to an advantage once, winning a mountain top finish in the vuelta with ronan mclaughlin Smile

I didn't really run into this problem as of yet. What mostly happens in my stages is that near the end the peloton is trying to catch up with the leading group, and due to this high pace multiple smaller groups are formed, so I'll end up with around 11 E groups before the peloton, and then also some stranglers.

I was using Omega Pharma Quick Step and was going all for the sprints so had no mountain riders but still i had 2-3 riders in the favorite groups and the top 3 was even withing a minute of each other and no one attacked or raised the pace so it was a big group finishing
