You know I always wonder in a stage like today what the bonus is for having a teammate in the break. Did geschke have an advantage to having degenkolb 'police' things for him? I guess can be helpful later when you need a guy to try and control things, though hard to see Matthews making it too far up Glandon.

I think Rogers is a half decent bet for the stage if he has been given the go ahead, I don't like the guy but he is dangerous on a stage like this

Let's hope he doesn't use the Glandon descent to again mention the fact that he always said Froome was a great descender because he competed for Kenya in the MTB at the 2006 Commonwealth games ... where he got a place by default, and failed to finish.
