Impressive that Matthews had not abboned yet and he is in the breakaway
I rather call it silly. He is absolutely useless and only has to suffer, i dont get the point...
You know I always wonder in a stage like today what the bonus is for having a teammate in the break. Did geschke have an advantage to having degenkolb 'police' things for him? I guess can be helpful later when you need a guy to try and control things, though hard to see Matthews making it too far up Glandon.
I think Rogers is a half decent bet for the stage if he has been given the go ahead, I don't like the guy but he is dangerous on a stage like this

Glandon descent should be better for Pinot, will be interesting to see if Talanskiy and Martin can do something also.
4 europcars please someone buy the team request today!
One MTN guy, oh what will Sherwin be able to bang on about today?
Let's hope he doesn't use the Glandon descent to again mention the fact that he always said Froome was a great descender because he competed for Kenya in the MTB at the 2006 Commonwealth games ... where he got a place by default, and failed to finish.

Yeah but facts have never got in the way of Phil and Paul telling a bullshit story
