sutty68: They are already, but I hope even more in the future!
Due to a lack of time because of my study I haven't continued this yet. Hope to do so soon.

I've planned a few comebacks in the past, but this time I might slowly pick up the story again. Because it's almost a year ago, I'll (re)start with a recap of what happened so far.
The team got founded in 2013 with Hot Wheels and Porsche as main sponsors. 14 talents from several countries joined the team and they all had one dream; to win great cycling races in the future. Although many people were sceptical about the team, the talents worked hard and there were small successes already in the first month. Vincent Rogers wore the mountain jersey during the Tour de San Luis, while Will Burton finished sixth in the Grand Prix de Marseillaise. In February we had our first succes with Ian Watson winning the mountain jersey in the Tour du Haut Var. He continued his success in March, when he surprisingly won the first stage of the Ronde van Drenthe and managed to keep the jersey during the second stage, which meant he won the overall classification as well! An amazing result for the American talent. Another important result in the first few months was Vincent Rogers winning the mountain jersey in the Critérium International. The sponsors were very happy with that.
The second surprise came in March/June, when Alexandre Rodrigues won the Skoda-Tour de Luxembourg out of nowhere. He won the mountain classification as well. The next month he surprisingly won the Portuguese championship RR as well, followed by an incredible stage win during the Tour de Wallonie in July. Meanwhile, Hong Kong cyclist Cheng Siu To won both Hong Kong championships. In August some U-23 talents joined our team and youngster Jeffrey Aguilar immediately showed his potential by winning the mountain jersey in the USA Pro Cycling Challenge. After that he managed to win the Tour of Britain, which is an amazing result for him. Watson finished third in Britain.
The team grew stronger and had some very talented new cyclists for its second season. In February Ian Watson surprised with winning a stage and the general classification in the Volta ao Algarve, keeping Philippe Gilbert behind in the final time-trial. Vincent Rogers and the new Columbian talent José Remuzgo finished 7th and 9th in the Le Tour de Langkawi, which was great. Hot Wheels and Porsche wanted to organise some races as well, which ended up with the Criterium Hainleite in March and the Rheinland-Pfalz Rundfahrt in September. Ian Watson won the first edition of the Criterium Hainleite, while Jefferey Aguilar won the Rheinland-Pfalz Rundfahrt with a new Columbian talent in sixth: Gustavo Carty. But first, lets go back to March. We weren't allowed to participate in the Ronde van Drenthe, the race where Watson took our first victory in 2013. So we started in the Settimana Coppi e Bartali, where Luis Freire finished second in the general classification.
In May, our other Spanish cyclist Pablo Garcia Sánchez won the general classification of the Tour de Picardie, with Watson finishing in fifth. To satisfy our sponsors we started in the Amgen Tour of California, where many World Tour teams start. Alexandre Rodrigues did a great job to win the mountain classification. He continued his good form with winning the Skoda-Tour de Luxembourg for the second year in a row, beating Thomas Voeckler in a direct battle. He continued his strong season by winning the Portuguese Championship RR for the second time and winning the general classification of the Tour de Wallonie. Meanwhile youngster José Remuzgo showed a bit of his potential by winning a mountain stage in the Route du Sud and finishing second in the GC. He continued his strong season with a 7th place in the Tour de Wallonie, 4th place in the Tour de l'Ain and a stage victory and 7th place in the GC at the Volta a Portugal. During that race stagiar Jesse Lee suprised with taking a mountain stage and winning the mountain jersey. Vincent Rogers finished sixth in the USA Pro Cycling Challenge and we ended the season with a GC victory of Aguilar at the Rheinland-Pfalz Rundfahrt.
During the 2013 season we wanted a new way to scout talents, which ended up in the Hot-Wheels - Porsche Talents Race. A very difficult one day race in the United States for young talents. The winner will receive a contract offer from the team, as well as some other strong riders there. José Remuzgo won in 2013, while Gustavo Carty won in 2014. So far two Columbians have won, who will take it in 2015.

January
The cycling season has started and of course January isn't the most spectacular month of the season. With the kick off in Australia and New Zealand with the National Championships (Matthews RR, Durbridge TT, Henderson RR, Roulston TT) the start may be called not very spectacular. Tom van Asbroeck wins the Santos Your Down Under. Our first race was the Tour de San Luis, in which we participated the last two years as well. Last year we even wore the leaders jersey there. But this year it was quite dramatic. After a very good second season we hoped to fight for good results in every race this year, but it didn't go as we hoped. The only thing we could do was going into breakaways and winning intermediate and mountain sprints, but with no results at all. The best result we got was a 17th place from Vincent Rogers in the final stage, and a 37th place for him in the general classification. Not the best start for us.
Next month will be interesting and we hope to perform better in the upcoming races.
