READ ME (if you want)
This story is based on the console game Tour de France 2011. If the subject is wrong, please change it - I don't know where the subject is.
I took Peter Sagan, because in TDF 11, he looks like the upcoming star with 74 in sprint and 77 in hills as example. So I would like to see, how he develops during the story
This story is my first on this site, and I hope it will be a story on 4 parts (2011, '12, '13, '14 and maybe '15) It will be a bit diffecult for me to take pictures, so pictures when I am playing, will be rare.
Information
Game: Tour de France 2011 (PS3)
Level: Can't choose - but I think that''s easy
DLC: Criterium International
I hope that you will enjoy this story
Welcome to my Tour de France story! [img-r]https://img.server86.nl/sport/wielrennen/sporter/team/160/P_T_23647_7874.jpg[/img-r]
If you don't know me, I will introduce myself. Hello, my name is Peter Sagan. I am 21 years old and I come from Slovakia. Last year I became professional with Liquigas - Doimo, where I was lucky to get a contract. In my first year as professional I won 5 stages, two in Paris - Nice and Amgen Tour of California and one in Tour de Romandie. Because of my wins my brother Juraj came to the team. I hope that he can surprise, too.
This year I want to race the Tour de France and see what I can do there. If I am lucky, I can get a stage win, but I am dreaming that I get the green jersey. Maybe you think it is a crazy dream, but I am sure that lesser than 3 years I will get the jersey. I can feel it.
Well, first I will ride Criterium International, a 3-stage race in Corsica, France. Later I will come back when I (maybe) will ride the Tour de France. |

For the 3-staged race, I will be the sprinter (irony there is only one chance for sprinters). I want to go for the green jersey. Here is my team:
Spoiler
Name: Ivan Basso
Country: Italy
Age: 34
Pro Wins: 23
Ivan Basso is the captain for the team. I think that I don't need to make a introduction for him; 2 overall Giro victories (2006, '11) speaks for itself.
Spoiler
Name: Davide Cimolai
Country: Italy
Age: 21
Pro Wins: 3
Davide Cimolai is only 21 years old, and he is a great teammate. Right now he is a helper for Ivan, but in stage 2 he is a free element, where he can sprint against me, if he wants. I think that he can be a challenger for me in the future, but now we can chit-chat without problems!
Spoiler
Name: Elia Vivani
Country: Italy
Age: 21
Pro Wins: 4
Elia Vivani is a other sprinter. He is a great talent and he is one of my best friends in the team. I think that we can have some funny and serious sprint challenges in the future. Elia will be my lead-out rider and Ivan's helper, so right now I don't think he will be dangerous for me!
Spoiler
Name: Peter Sagan
Country: Slovakia
Age: 21
Pro Wins: 5
Peter Sagan...wait that's me! I think that I don' t need to introduce myself.
I will be the sprinter and a helper for Ivan in the mountains.
Spoiler
Name: Dominik Nerz
Country: Germany
Age: 21
Pro Wins: 1
Dominik Nerz is maybe the next Tour-champion. Aged only 21, he have (hopefully) many years in front of him. Dominik will be a luxury teammate, where he can help Ivan, if he want. He can go on the breakaway, if he want.
Spoiler
Name: Maciej Paterski
Country: Poland
Age: 24 (born 1986)
Pro Wins: 0 (yet to come)
Maciej Paterski is a sprinter too. As a free element, he can do everything he want. But let's see what my favorite Pole can do.

@murao22 Maybe not , thanks
Criterium International 2011 - Stage 1
Yep, the stage looks terrible, but I hope that I can score points in the sprints. So today I want to go in the breakaway!
Criterium International has started!
Breakaway - here I come!
I was the first, who attacked. First 9 riders attacked, later 2 riders was caught by the peloton, so the 7-men breakaway was created. I won the both sprints during the stage.
7 minutes to the peloton, can we win?
With 20 km to the finish line, me and Anthony Crarteau from Europcar attacked, and we got 2 minutes to the others. It looked much, that the stage could be decided between us. However I just wanted to win the last sprint and I won it! However Anthony didn't come to me, so in long time during the last mountain, I thought that I would win this stage. On one occasion I had 15 seconds, and he looked like a dead man, when I looked behind! Maybe I will win today?
However he came out from nowhere, and he was gone...
For my own chance for winning tomorrow, I rode slow, so I lose minimal energy.
Later the favorite group catch me, but they was so fast, that I couldn't find the rythm, so I could follow. But I couldn't find Ivan - where was Ivan? It seems like Ivan does't care about the race...
Much later I found a small group where I could follow the pace up to the finish line...
And of course I outsprinted them
24: Ivan Basso
73: Peter Sagan
Our team is number 22 (last)...
Overall it was a good day for my individual, however I would love to get the green jersey. But tomorrow I must go out in the breakaway, so I can maybe be the owner of the green jersey after the time trial.
- Peto
