How to assign trainers to riders in Career mode?

Hi,
I just hired another trainer. However, I can't assign him to any cyclists.. There are quite some riders without a trainer on my team. The way you'd do it in 2014 isn't available anymore. Anyone know how to do it?

Go to one of your riders profile, choose training, and you should be able to choose which trainer your rider should have.
