Someone been letting the wheel go again in the pack. Peloton split apart over the climb and it hasn't closed yet due to the small crosswind and impetus of Tinkoff - Saxo/Giant - Alpecin.

Nah not echelons. Road got much narrower at the summit of of that cat 3 climb and riders at the back had to almost stop. Although there is a little bit of sidewind also. |
