I'd like to start my first career in PCM 15, but before i do that i would like to know answers for some questions which i hope some good soul will answer for me:
1: I heard there is bug with rider progressing too slow. Is that solved by theese patches or its still there ?
2: With old potential system (stars for every stat) gone, how can i decide which stat i should improve for certain rider and which stat is already at max?
3: In scouting report screen i have button "Choice of riders for close monitoring" but i cant click on it ... why is that ?
Well ... everyone was complaining that progression is too slow not too fast.
Also another thing .. some rider they have visible training style (modern, or ground breaking) but other they have just question mark. How can i figure what training style i should apply for them ?

1. I thnik that one is fixed In the start it was to fast, now it is normal
2. You can read what you should train to get better, and when youi choose something, f.eks. sprinter, then you can see where you get better.
3. I do not know
I am pretty sure he was talking about the classic team career mode and not the pro cyclist mode. Therefore your answers don't make much sense.
1. You'll have to find out for yourself. I also think, that they tweaked progression with the last patch, I just don't know how since it wasn't mentioned in the patch notes. Also: nobody knows how the progression system actually works (do riders progress with different speeds for certain years etc?)
2. You can't scout your own riders intensively, so there is no way to find out. It's a bummer, but somewhat realistic to be honest. Of course, you can always look it up in the editor. But without cheating, there is no way to find out. Maybe try out for 3 months or something.
3. There is only one day in February (5th? Dunno exactly, but pretty early) when you receive an e-Mail that informs you of the possibility of close monitoring. You can then choose to scout some riders (one per scout) you already scouted and get a feedback in June. If you accidentially click accept on the mail without putting riders on close monitoring, you are screwed. The monitoring gives you also a feedback about limits of stat groups (puncheur stars, sprinter stars, tt stars etc) and a little better estimation of potential.
