Is there anyway to replace the commentary clips that are played during the game so that I can have Phil Liggett and Paul Sherwin commentate? |

I'm sure someone did come up with the idea... but it was for PCM 2006.

And they never finished that project. Cutting and splicing the audio needed is a big project.

We've added some additional commentary in the Expansion Pack. You could create new audio files (.ogg format I think) with other voices and replace the files in "Sound\Comment\eng" with your own files.
Inactive due to personal reasons.

It's definitely not impossible to do, however it's a big project to start and your welcome to try though 
I remember a danish site I was on, which were making a commentary with the voices of Dennis Ritter and Rolf Sørensen. However that is long time ago and wouldn't be bad to get a proper commentary ^^

I still play with the danish commentary in 2015, it is awsome and cant drive without it now  |

Can't believe that somebody wants a game with Paul Sherwin commentating, as he repeats himself over and over when he does commentate.
