Are you sure? I based it off a total of 170.
18 gets 125, 19 gets 140, 20 gets 155 so 21 gets 170.

To upgrade a stat from anything up to 68>69 it costs a single point. Then any stat up to 74>75 costs 2 points. Then Anything up to 76>77 costs 4 points.
