Nvm. I saw it. Why isnt he in a stronger team?

sutty68
Willy still looking comfortable in the top ten Wink

Ian Butler
I think it's pretty safe to say this will be the absolute favorite for Team Story of the year Grin

Atlantius
Luis Leon Sanchez: Don't know, I'm not managing him Wink I expect his current contract was for 3-years. Anyway he looks to be changing teams this season - no news as of yet where to...

sutty: He is putting in a very solid effort, but then again nothing really changed in the GC these last two stages.

Ian: I would be honoured just to be nominated, but that's certainly not why I'm doing it. A lot of great stories can still develop in in next four months...
Happy that someone enjoys my work Grin

Ipsen doing great. Did you post his stats? I can't find then if you did. I remember I asked a few pages back

Jakstar: He is in deed. Almost certain I posted them, but you can find them in the spoiler anyway Wink

He's doing got a great mountain stat. But the hills stat is quite low

In your career. Id frank schleck, wiggins or contadorstilk around. In my career i vouldnt believe when i got past the transfer period that Denis Menchov who is 33 didnt get signed. And an even bigger surprise is that Jurgen Van Den Brouck is also contractless atm and he is only 29 with 78 climbing. And i have possibly the strongest climbing squad. And decent sptinting as well.

Atlantius
Jakstar: Hill a bit low still and so are his physical stats (except REC). And he pays for that in this level of opposition...

Luis Leon Sanchez: Usually a couple of the big names aren't given contracts (for some weird reason). I usually assign the big riders to a team manually to keep them in the game. Generally the weakest WT-teams to even out the competition a bit. Fränk is with Colombia, Menchov (age 37) is riding for RusVelo and Van den Broeck is with Astana. Another remarkable development was Evans moving to Efapel - Glassdrive in 2015 after a year at Rabobank...

In mine. Frank went to Liquigas, basso to geupard. I lost my tied best cobbler Boom and i lost freier and now he is retiring. And two of my riders are retiring this season. Im narrowing down my squad to a climber, sprinter, cobble team. I have 2 good cobble riders. Breschel who is 80 cobble and 23 year old developing dutch Tom Leezer who is 76 and 75 sprinting. Breschel is 74 sprinting.

Stage 14: Aix-en-Provence – Mont Colombis
i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t605/Atlantius_PCM/2015%20Volvo%20Sas/07-01-TdF-14-1_zps5f688237.jpg
Another breakaway stage or will the favourites be claiming this one?

i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t605/Atlantius_PCM/2015%20Volvo%20Sas/07-01-TdF-14-2_zpsbdf187d3.jpg
Surprisingly it’s close to impossible for a break to get away. In the end three riders get the first real gap with 120 km to the finish line.

The break has just over five minutes when the peloton reach the intermediate sprint.
i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t605/Atlantius_PCM/2015%20Volvo%20Sas/07-01-TdF-14-4_zps7094f28c.jpg
Hushovd delivers Edvald nicely for a sprint win and even manages to budge in between Edvald and Sagan expanding his the lead to 70 pts.

Vacansoleil and Saxo – Tinkoff keeps up the speed on the hills.
i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t605/Atlantius_PCM/2015%20Volvo%20Sas/07-01-TdF-14-5_zps452b835b.jpg
We sincerely hopes that the favourites keep calm for as long as possible as Willy says on the radio he is having his worst day in the Tour this far!
i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t605/Atlantius_PCM/2015%20Volvo%20Sas/07-01-TdF-14-7_zpsafd5eed3.jpg
Surprisingly Edvald is still hanging on right behind Vegard and Willy when they cross the penultimate summit.

Visconti has dropped the two others and are just under three minutes ahead of the peloton with 19 km to go.

5 km to go and nothing has happened among the favourites, who has 33 seconds to Kreuziger, Minard and L. Moser and a further 1’39’’ to Visconti.
i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t605/Atlantius_PCM/2015%20Volvo%20Sas/07-01-TdF-14-8_zpsbe89b2d0.jpg
As expected Ipsen has plenty to do hanging on to Pinots wheel and makes no sign of wanting to attack today.
i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t605/Atlantius_PCM/2015%20Volvo%20Sas/07-01-TdF-14-9_zps222f71d2.jpg
Edvald tries to mix in the pelotons sprint, but the final hill was just to steep for the Norwegian.

The sprint creates no visible gaps in the peloton, but none the less the Tour organizers decide that Willy should loose half a minute to their home favourite Pinot. This really smells!

Stage 15: Gap – Col du Parpaillon
i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t605/Atlantius_PCM/2015%20Volvo%20Sas/07-01-TdF-15-1_zps3f3a2d30.jpg
Time for the big mountains again. Hopefully Pinot will soon start to show some weakness!
But then I guess the organizers will probably find some way to compensate...

The early flat is just pure out attacking. No one gets a proper gap, but exactly 15 riders are out front neutralizing the intermediate sprint. They were quickly reeled back in though.
i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t605/Atlantius_PCM/2015%20Volvo%20Sas/07-01-TdF-15-2_zps9227a7f2.jpg
A break gets away at the foot of Col d’Izoard. When the favourites reach the top, the front group has 8’30’’ advantage.

When the favourites hit the final climb it’s certain that the stage will go to the break.
i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t605/Atlantius_PCM/2015%20Volvo%20Sas/07-01-TdF-15-3_zpsb9cda092.jpg
Going into the last 10 km absolutely nothing has happened in the peloton. In front it looks like the stage will be decided between Landa, Froome and Pauriol. Froome will even ride himself back into the GC battle with this performance!
i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t605/Atlantius_PCM/2015%20Volvo%20Sas/07-01-TdF-15-4_zps1541cdaa.jpg
Willy can’t find the ressources to take time on Pinot today either, but at least he doesn’t lose any more time – that’s some kind of progress I guess?

Luis Leon Sanchez
Robert Gesink not looking very attacking. The same with the other rabobank riders. I would expect cancellara and boom to attack a bit

Ian Butler
Young Jersey is out of sights, I think, but still going strong Smile

Atlantius
Luis Leon Sanchez: I think Cancellara has been in some of the unsuccesful breaks though...

Ian: It's certainly so far away that a good day from Ipsen is not good enough without a (couple of) bad days from Pinot. But with a week of cycling still to come there's time for plenty of dogs on the road Frown

I've missed a lot. Great to see you have all the six nc jerseys! And your team is doing great in the Tour, with two stage wins, yellow jersey, sixth place in the gc and Boasson Hagen in green! I give him big chances to win that jersey.

Hope Willy can improve his position on the GC by the end of the race Wink

Just wondering. Is it possible to get a rider over 84 for any of their stats. I know guys like cavendish are 84sprinting and contadori think has 84mountains. Iis it possible to get riders past 84.

Ian Butler
85 is the limit.
