just my opinion, but I think that Oscar Freire (Batbest) gives only shirts or equipment made by his team, so you've got no righht on Paint.NET or on Photoshop, isn't right ?

That bugged game is a TOTAL package with a disk and a manual and a stage editor, db editor, it's a total game this is just a mod.

Lachi told me something like this when we chat about the game:
"And about the fraud part. It is not a fraud, because the law says that a software company is allowed to sell a bugged program as long as they fix the errors later within a reasonable time"
So if it is true,then agreement to the Terms... is not everything.But god knows where is specified what is "reasonable time"

I think the problem here is that Cyanide are an anti-French company.
