Lefévère doesn't want him on the squad but doesn't want him to go without Astana paying, so he's in limbo for now.
It's Lefévère being an ass as usual. Eventually he'll cave and Astana will sign Davis. But for now Davis is in limbo......again

Like I said above: Because Lefévère doesn't want him in the squad and won't pay him. But won't let him leave without a fee either.

He hadn't signed it.
It was mentioned that he was in talks with the Brazilian Scott team, but apparently, Garmin was more interesting

Swift hasn't been registered with Katusha's team (uciprotour.com), so it's hardly a surprise

And Cyclingnews.com screwed up yet again: " Leaked team photo confirms transfer of British rider"
"A head and shoulders shot of Swift wearing the Team Sky jersey was published on the Wielerland and Biciciclismo sites on Sunday"
... It was most likely a screenshot of the official Team Sky video

Wiggins was just on Sky Sports news detailing how easy the decision to leave Garmin actually was.
"I sat down with Dave in Limoges and he talked through his plans over a coffee, 5 minutes later i said count me in."
