Are you ready to be disappointed further?
Sky signs Dani Navarro from Astana.
Astana, meanwhile, replace him with JJ Cobo

Cobo maybe to Astana
Navarro maybe to Sky
Baptiste Planckaert goes to Landbouwkrediet
If Cobo goes to Astana, then has Fuji no man for the big races.

I'm not so clued in on the doping front, and I'm struggling to locate any problem with Navarro. Has he been implicated in something, or is it that he's coming from Astana?

No, Astana aren't on the provisional list of 13 teams that have completed their applications. The deadline for applications (I think) is the 20th of November.

DS: Some guy from Festina who's been out of work since Festina went belly up. Yes, that'll definitely shake their doping reputation. Oh wait...
Riders:
Ruben Plaza
Bradislav Samoilav
Dmitry Fofonov
Maxim Gourov
Paolo Tiralongo
Allan Davis
Gianpaolo Caruso
Enrico Gasparotto
Gilberto Simoni
Andrey Kunitsky
Notice how Lampre continue to lose every decent rider they have just so they can keep supporting Cunego's monstrous salary. Talk about awful management.

According to Cobo's agent, Astana kept constantly postponing the meeting to sign the contract that had been agreed upon, so Cobo got fed up and signed with Caisse instead.
