Hey Guys.. For my 80's db i'm trying to improve participation in the Chrono des Nations. I've done this so far but not working:

- changed date so it's a week before the ITT world championships
- made it a World Tour race
- boosted popularity
- made it a favourite of ITT specialists

anything else i can do?
