I would be interesting to add director orders during the race, making us to obey him or do our own strategy

That's exactly what i feel they are missing, i don't know my role in the team on some stages that doesn't suit me that well and i rarely go in to check the strategy before races so i get easily confused. Do you get to give orders to teammates at all if you are set to be the captain?'

I think every game with experience levels is like that basically.

You can choose yourself.
You need to ride small races first. As soon as you get your first win, HC races become possible to ride as well and so on.
Close. You have points you can use to change your calendar. They represent your influence with the team. If you get good results and become a more important rider you get more points to make more changes.
For example, in my career if I wanted to do a category 1 race that the team rarely does (small team) i would have to use 7 of my 10 points, but a u23 2.2 would be just 1 point. And HC is like roturn said.

Just a trophy I think, since it's in the achievements list. Probably a career total for bragging rights.

I need some help, does anyone know how to get my condition/form to a high level? According to my training schedule my form should be close to 100% now but not even half the "form-circle" is filled the last couple of months. I've just did my first CWT races lately and haven't had this problem my first 2 years.
Thanks in advance!

What do you mean with the form-circle?
Any screenshot?

Hey,
I might have missed a manual somewhere, but can anyone tell me what the different tactics the directeur sportif tells the team to use?
I'm talking about the icons on the left of the rider names, and the ones in the top of the screen. I can guess what some of the icons mean, (like the sprinter get the box un der the icon that looks like a sprint finish icon ticked), but what about the others?

I had this exact problem earlier. The graph indicate great condition but it gets stuck on mediocre. I restarted the game and then it worked proberly. I would recommend that

Nevermind, found the explanations in the normal game mode. Have only been playing be a pro mode until now
Which is awesome btw!

I'm having a weird bug which I'm not sure if I should report because it's... weird.
Basically, sometimes, during the race in pro mode (haven't played career yet at all in PCM15, btw), the game won't let me click on my teammates, nor my opponents. If I try to press left and right on the keyboard, it will just scroll endlessy between me and another rider.
Has this ever happened to anyone? To be more clear, I noticed that this seems to happen only on the mountains.
And yes, I have realized that when a teammate is in a breakaway I can't click on him, but that's different. Very strange.
It's a problem mostly because I can't use the function to place myself in a certain position in the group

This isn't a bug, it's a feature. You only have limited view, and therefore also limited selection options, only what's surrounding you. After all, you're just one cyclist.
So if you want to position yourself near the front, use own effort to move up and steer left/right. It also has the advantage of using less energy

but I was still in the peloton, really. And I could literally select just the guy near me. I guess you're right tho, it's not a bug. It just needs a bit of polish probably.

Signed with Sky 2nd season. I couldn't enter the World Tour races at first, but after a 2nd place overall in Giro del Trentino behind Fabio Aru and 2nd in Amgen Tour of California behind Contador, I was allowed to enter the more prestigious races. Still can't sign up for the Vuelta though.. so I'll be going all in at Tour de Suisse! Ditching some races before to get properly rested, then a couple of weeks of hard training. If I get in top5 in Tour de Suisse and qualify for the Vuelta I'll be looking good cos I'm due one progression before that and fitness is on my side!
Lot's of fun this mode. 20 year old and have 80 mountain rating already though

You need a stage win or Top 5 GC in normal PT races I think.
Then monuments and Vuelta and Giro become available.
Then you need the same in one of those races to make the Tour de France available.
It`s actually a nice system to make you peek for the biggest races to have the chance to ride the biggest race in the end.

Yes, that's what I figured, but Tour de Suisse counts for that, right?

also including a screen to give a better idea of what I mean with "but I'm close to the others" XD
