My rider have 80 on time trial, but I really struggle with time trials, speccialy the World Championship that is around 50km. On career mode before I was used to practice the stage with the team mates before the captain started, but now I have 1 chance and normally cant get it right...

Yes, little bit more difficult, my tipp:
1. green and blue line should always equal, but
2. is there a hill, safe the green power a little bit and use it in the hill.

I usually look at the BPM of my team mates and see whether or not they run out of energy or have much left in the tank. Usually they stay around same BPM throughout the course, and after a couple of riders have finished it's not hard to see what BPM you should aim for, especially on flat stages. And then of course adjust according to how the Green-blue bar balance looks.

Argh, I singlehandedly caused for Cult Energy to be in the WT. But I'm the only one scoring WT points, and as a sprinter, you don't earn that many. So we would relegate.
I signed for TomTom (previous LottoNL), and then I won Vattenfall.. now Cult is out of danger and TomTom is dead last. Looks like I'll be going back a level. Lol

Only protecting.
But i think this mode will in future brings a lot of improvements, such like teamcommands, when you are the leader etc.

Does anyone know why winning a mountain classification doesn't show up as a season victory? Wondering if this is a bug or if it is intentional.

Anyone else finding the follow button keeps un selecting? I keep trying to follow a wheel but it keeps un-doing itself which is really frustrating

also i'm finding that all most of the breakaways get really close to making it and quite a few go a step further and claim the stage

Im a sprinter and yes, following doesn't work well, if it all, in this years edition. I usually just find my own way at own effort 90 and then go at 1,6/1.5km

I find it wierd in the achievments section it lists both monuments and classics (after money & victories.) I would've thought maybe monuments and GT's would be more appropiate.

One of the new great features in the game is that you can control your rider's trajectory on the road. You do so by pressing 4 and 6 on the num pad, but unfortunately my keyboard doesn't have a num pad. Can I use other buttons or somehow change the keyboard settings?

This was updated already in PCM14.
If you don`t have a numpad, you often have some small number on the right part of the keys.
Those can be used with a combination or that Fn button for example.
Not sure though if this is also working for PCM.

I didnt undterstand "personal goals" in the game. The star in the name of the race shows me a goal, or where can i see it, maybe in more detail?

So, I'm in the second year. I'm still a little unsure if I like this mode or not, in the end
My unfortunate "issue" is that, actually, I kinda already played the game this way already since PCM2013. I always used to put myself in the DB in a continental team, starting as a scrubby. Of course, it's not completely the same.
Now, the first problem, is that even if I'm the captain, I can't give orders to the others. This is reasonable, as otherwise it'd be too similar to career mode.
However, there are issues such as the AI protecting my with the wrong cyclist (he'll fall behind immediately on the mountain but I can't change him until he really loses contact completely), or the fact that they just go to take water whenever it's over, sometimes even if it's a steep climb (only to never come back lol) and so on.
Just to be clear, I'm Not saying that it's Cyanide's fault. Programming AI is very, very hard. I'm just reflecting on whether the game ends being more fun this way or not for me.
The point system overall, seems a reasonable idea and I haven't had issues with that, nor the level system.
However, the goal system... nnggh. I'm referring to the one to unlock the better races. It's very limiting, I don't like it. I'm already good enough to be a teammate even at the Tour de France but I won't be able to take part in it for at least another year minimum. Honestly, that should've been left to the sporting director too, or maybe the game could require you to reach a certain level, simply. But to see far worse cyclists than me taking part in the Tour frankly makes no sense.
edit: disregard this. I've read a previous post which says that "you can Tour de France without winning a single race. It unlocks at level 18 or 20." I guess the same works for the Giro. That's good, even if level 18 seems a bit too much...
Also, the sporting director's AI is a bit... weird. There are times where a cyclists has a personal goal for a race, but the SD completely ignores him and picks someone else...
edit: oh, btw receiving offers is exciting, though . U always used a custom team in career more

Hmmm very unfortunate that the overall career screen (showing what jerseys you won, money you earned, monuments, victories and classics) doesn't increase the number of jerseys. What I mean is: I won NC TT twice, but the jersey is just highlighted as it was when I won it the first time. Was sort of hoping it would be double/a sign that I won 2, so you could actually see multiple TDf wins there.
Minor thing, but still
